Practice History

The practice is split over two surgeries in Mitcham and Tooting and we are a member of the Sutton and Merton Primary Care Trust. We have been serving our population since the 1950s. Our aim is to provide the best possible health care for our patients. This website tells you about the practice, its staff and the services that we offer. If you have any further queries our receptionists will be happy to assist you.

Disabled Access

Both surgeries are accessible to wheelchairs and have easily accessible toilets.

Out Of Hours

An answering service will handle emergency calls out of normal surgery hours. Emergency numbers are available from the answerphone message at your usual surgery. Here, a different team of doctors will be available to give telephone advice or visit you if the doctor feels it necessary or you may be asked to attend an out-of-hours emergency clinic. Please remember that this service is for emergencies only and, wherever possible, non-urgent calls should wait until the following morning when the surgery will be open, and the resident team of doctors available.

NHS Direct, a 24 hour advice service is also available for any medical problems that may arise. The telephone number for NHS Direct is 0845 4647.
