HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Both surgeries open from 8.30am to 12.30pm and then from 3.30 to 6.30pm.

Mitcham surgery is closed on Wednesdays from 12.30pm.

Tooting surgery is closed on both Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12.30pm.

Both surgeries are closed on weekends.

An appointment system operates and you may consult with any of the doctors in the practice not just the one with whom you are registered. Sometimes you may want advice on a health problem or medication and simply wish to talk to a doctor. If so please inform the receptionist who will book you a telephone consultation with the doctor/nurse who will return your call.

The doctors' consulting times are:

Monday 8.30-11.00am 4.00-6.00pm
Tuesday 8.30-11.00am 4.00-6.00pm
Wednesday 8.30-11.00am 4.00-6.00pm
Thursday 8.30-11.00am
Friday 8.30-11.00am 4.00-6.00pm
Saturday Closed

Consultations are by appointment only and can be made by telephone or personally. If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer it to someone else.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN HOME VISITS ?

If you are not well enough to come to the surgery, we can visit you in your home. Please bear in mind that visits are more time consuming, so if you can make it to the surgery we would be grateful. While we respect that some patients have transport difficulties, this is not always a sufficient reason to request a home visit. Please telephone before 10.00am if you require a visit and be prepared to give details of your condition. Occasionally you will be put through to one of the doctors who will assess the urgency of your request.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN TEST RESULTS ?

We will only give test results to the patient who had them. Please try and phone between 11.30am-3.30pm when it is less busy on our appointment line 020 8640 1580. Do not be alarmed if you are told that the doctor wants to see you to discuss your results, it's not necessarily going to be bad news
