REGISTER?

The practice has an open list policy and welcomes all patients living within reasonable distance from the practice. You may be asked about your eligibility for NHS treatment.
All patients wishing to join the practice will be offered an appointment for a new patient check after completing the registration documents. Your weight, height and blood pressure will be recorded and a urine specimen tested. Diet, smoking and alcohol habits will be discussed. This appointment also gives valuable medical information for your new doctor as your medical records may take some time to be transferred from your previous doctor.
