OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?

Repeat prescription slips are issued to patients who take regular medication and these should be posted with a stamped addressed envelope or given in at reception with items which are required marked with a tick.
If you have more than one repeat prescription try to order all your items together. 48 hours' notice is required from the time the request has been deposited to the time when the medication is available for collection. We may ask you to make an appointment to see the doctor to review your medication from time to time.
